DeltaPro Painters is Hiring: Virtual Assistant
Are you a positive, proactive communicator who loves helping customers and hitting targets? DeltaPro Painters needs a sharp Virtual Assistant to be the crucial first voice of our company. This is a high-impact, remote role focused on helping homeowners book their painting estimates. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and ready to be the backbone of our customer scheduling, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do Daily (Your Core Mission):
Rapid Customer Outreach: Be the first point of contact for new leads, reaching out quickly (within 5 minutes) to qualify them and schedule painting estimates.
Appointment Setting: Follow up with leads and manage our estimators’ calendars using our scheduling software (we’ll train you on the tools!). Our goal is a 60%+ booking rate.
First-Class Service: Answer the company phone line and provide excellent, high-energy customer service on every call.
Admin Support: Handle essential administrative tasks and email organization (using HelpWise/other tools) to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for self-starters who meet the following requirements and can commit to a 5 hour shift per day (Monday-Saturday).
The Basics (Non-Negotiable):
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience: At least 2 years of cold calling or high-volume phone customer service experience.
Mindset: Highly proactive, positive, and organized. A true “go-getter.”
Setup: Reliable computer, dedicated professional workspace, and stable, high-speed internet.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have, but Not Required):
Experience in the Construction, Home Improvement, or Painting industries.
Previous experience with CRM or calendar management software (e.g., DripJobs, Setmore).
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Schedule & Compensation Details
VA: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST (5 Hours) Monday – Saturday / $6 per hour starting
