This isn’t a typical support role. With AI handling more routine inquiries, the role focuses on being proactive, success-driven, and dedicated to helping each business make the most of the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be one of several teammates helping build TeamUp’s reputation by delivering exceptional support.

Daily responsibilities include:

Chat, email, video, and call with customers to solve challenges and celebrate wins.

Guide customers through TeamUp’s features — from setup to advanced use to best practices.

Share product updates and new features

Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business goals.

Spot customer needs and connect them with solutions to help their business grow.

Champion customers internally by sharing feedback, feature ideas, and insights.

Review AI support responses and help refine help content.

Collaborate with teammates to keep raising the bar for customer happiness.

Who You Are
A natural communicator who’s confident writing and speaking in English.

Tech-savvy and curious about how software works.

Empathetic and calm under pressure.

Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own time.

A team player who celebrates wins and supports others.

Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Motivated to go the extra mile to create an amazing customer experience.

Experienced working remotely and collaborating across time zones
Experience.

At least 3 years in a SaaS-based customer support or customer success role.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm UK
Weekend cover on rotation with the team
Bonus points if you have worked with (or in!) fitness businesses

Salary Details
£32,000–£34,000 per year, based on education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, and related factors.
