Wanted: A Human Who Can Talk to Humans (Part-Time Appointment Setter, California Time)

If you think “cold calling” means reading a script like a robot… stop reading. This isn’t that kind of gig. We want someone who can actually talk, connect, and make people curious. Bonus points if you can do it with charm, wit, and maybe a tiny bit of magic. ✨

* The Job:

Part-time, 5 hours/day, Monday–Thursday (California hours)
Make 25+ calls/hour and set appointments that can turn into sales
Use your brain, your voice, and your personality—not just a script

*You Are:

1–2 years of cold calling experience (US or UK clients)
Clear, friendly accent (bonus if people actually enjoy your voice)
Punctual, reliable, and results-driven
Someone who thrives on connecting, not reading lines

*Pay & Perks:
Base: $4/hour
Weekly bonus: $20 if full hours are worked, 25+ calls/hour, and 4 qualified appointments/week
Commission: $30 per appointment that converts into a sale

*Requirements (No Exceptions):

Active Upwork account (contract through Upwork)
2-minute video introduction: tell us who you are, why you’re great at talking to people, and how you charm clients. No video, no consideration.
