We’re hiring a Growth Associate (Revenue Focused) to help grow our programs, keep them running smoothly, and drive revenue for ProductEd.


The Role

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll work closely with the founder to bring people into ProductEd programs, keep programs organized, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks – from sales to delivery to follow-ups.

You’ll manage your work independently, make sound judgment calls, and flag issues early.


What You’ll Do

Revenue & Growth

  • Find and research potential customers for ProductEd programs
  • Run outreach across multiple channels – email, LinkedIn, referrals, community, and others where appropriate
  • Manage follow-ups and keep conversations moving
  • Track leads, conversations, and next steps clearly
  • Coordinate and prepare sales calls to keep them focused and productive
  • Support deals by preparing proposals, summaries, and follow-up actions
  • Turn past participants and community members into repeat customers for new programs

Program Delivery

  • Manage day-to-day logistics for masterclasses, workshops, and company programs
  • Ensure sessions run on time and participants know what to expect
  • Share materials with participants before and after sessions
  • Coordinate guest speakers and facilitators
  • Collect feedback after programs and identify areas for improvementent

Community & Engagement

  • Lead peer community sessions
  • Track attendance and engagement
  • Follow up with members to keep them engaged between programs

Internal Organisation

  • Keep ProductEd’s Notion workspace organized and up to date
  • Create and maintain simple templates for programs (docs, trackers, checklists)
  • Create basic assets in Canva when needed (slides, flyers, one-pagers)
  • Keep existing materials clear and consistent
  • Spot operational issues early and flag them before they become problems

Who This Role Is For

You’ll likely do well in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in growth, operations, community, consulting, or similar roles
  • Are organised and comfortable juggling multiple work streams
  • Follow through and communicate clearly

Growth & Progression

As ProductEd grows, this role can grow into a manager-level position with greater responsibility and higher compensation.


Interview Process

Selected candidates will receive a take-home assessment first.

After that, there will be a single one-hour interview, including a live case study and brainstorm.

All candidates will receive feedback within two weeks of their interview.
