We’re seeking a Talent Manager with experience in the startup recruitment and talent placement ecosystem. This role blends strategic recruitment with people leadership, acting as a key bridge between top talent, satisfied clients, and a high-performing talent pool.

The Talent Manager will drive talent engagement, support recruitment processes, and ensure talents are consistently supported and empowered to succeed throughout their journey with Talentpoel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for Talentpoel hires and client recruitment projects.

  • Develop and maintain clear, structured recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Talent Management.

  • Ensure talents remain engaged, informed, and supported throughout the recruitment and placement journey.

  • Ensure standard compliance across talent processes, including onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a talent or recruitment agency.

  • Experience within the startup recruitment ecosystem and talent placement.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, empathetic, and people-focused.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize recruitment processes.

  • Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills.

  • Experience drafting and implementing SOPs.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and driven by excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with recruitment, CRM, and operations tools such as Notion, Slack, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable).

  • Experience in HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and apply insights to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Strong facilitation skills for training sessions, workshops, or team-building initiatives.

  • Experience supporting employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Employment Details

  • Probation Period: 6 months

  • Post-Probation Benefits: Confirmation as a full-time employee, eligibility for HMO coverage, and a monthly data allowance
