Hiring: Fullstack Tech Lead | Fully Remote | $2000 – $3000

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development with exposure to technical leadership or ownership
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React (full-stack development)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining internal tools and automation systems
• Practical experience with n8n for workflow automation
• Strong understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering for automation and data processing
• Solid SQL experience, including writing and optimizing queries for operational insights
• Experience with Git and modern DevOps best practices
• Ability to read, understand, and review code across multiple tech stacks at a high level
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to see how tools and processes connect end-to-end
• Clear and structured communication skills, especially when working with leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain internal tools using React for the front end and Node.js for back-end services
• Design and implement complex automations using n8n to streamline candidate sourcing and internal operations
• Write and optimize SQL queries to manage internal data and generate insights for decision-making
• Apply AI knowledge and prompt engineering to enhance recruitment workflows and automate data processing
• Manage the software development lifecycle, including deployments and collaborative development using Git
• Design and manage code-based technical assessments for engineering candidates
• Review and evaluate the quality, relevance, and difficulty of technical tasks based on role requirements
• Assess technical requirements for new roles before they are shared with candidates
• Translate recruiting and business processes into clear technical specifications and workflows
• Perform end-to-end testing of internal tools and automations, ensuring reliability and edge-case coverage
• Analyze existing recruiting and delivery workflows and propose process improvements or new features
• Take a holistic view of systems and continuously improve how technical processes support recruiters and leadership
