Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the legal or financial industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Personality:
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
Software & Tools:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
English Level:
C1, C2, Native
