Mindset: Senior-level mindset with the ability to make creative decisions independently and a trajectory toward a lead designer role.

Creative Ownership: Responsible for owning design projects from concept through production, working directly with the production manager.
Diverse Portfolio: Work across high-quality editorial content, advertising placements, and out-of-home media for a Canadian-facing publication.

Flexibility: Fully remote work-from-anywhere model (observing Lebanese national holidays).
