We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to support the NPD/Pre-Press unit within the Mono Carton division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual designs for packaging and print production while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with production specifications. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with production and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Graphic Design & Creative Development
* Packaging and Print Design Preparation
* Pre-Press File Management & Quality Control
* Brand Consistency & Visual Standards
* Collaboration with Production and NPD Teams
* Design Editing, Proofing & Artwork Revision
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Graphics Designer
* Strong experience in packaging design and pre-press processes
* Proficiency in industry design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and color accuracy for print production
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
