Description: Responsibilities:
Work within the team developing and supporting data transformation and analytics systems with patent pending technology and applications to support our in-house audit partners.
Design and implement new solutions.
Maintain existing solutions.
Learn new technologies and apply them to the problem space.
Peer review software changes by other developers.
Provide technical input to the team on development.
Document the specifications, design, features, and operation of applications prior to production rollout.
Work collaboratively with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system/technical requirements.
Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
Optimization and tuning of SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
0-1 year experience with languages: Java or Python
0–1 year experience with relational databases
0-1 year experience with web services using Java and Spring Boot
Basic Knowledge and application of SAFe agile practices, preferred.

Curiosity and Learning Agility: A strong desire to learn and explore new methodologies, techniques, and tools in the field of data analysis and insights generation is essential for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Resilience: The ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and overcome setbacks is important in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous analytical environment.
