Description:.Responsibilities

 

Manage lead intake; answer calls, respond to general emails, and route inquiries appropriately

Schedule and maintain calendars for all attorneys, including meetings, consultations, and deadlines

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls and general correspondence

Coordinate with attorneys and clients to confirm appointments and follow up on pending items

Provide clear direction to vendors, contractors, or other staff when needed

Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

 

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional email is a must

Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and manage workload

Experienced managing multiple schedules simultaneously

Confident taking direction and giving it; able to work both independently and collaboratively

Proficient in Office 365, Google Suite, and MyCase or similar legal case management software

Prior experience in a law firm, professional office, or client-facing role is a plus.
