Description
We are hiring AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that solve real business problems. This is not a research-only role. You will work on applied AI products used in live workflows such as lead handling, customer support, quoting, scheduling, CRM updates, and back-office automation.
You will help turn large language models, workflow orchestration, retrieval systems, and business integrations into reliable products that customers trust.
Build AI-powered product features for messaging, summarisation, lead qualification, scheduling, follow-up, and workflow automation
• Design and improve LLM pipelines, agent workflows, prompt systems, and tool-use patterns
• Develop retrieval-augmented systems using customer data, business knowledge, and operational records
• Integrate AI services into real products across email, chat, telephony, CRM, billing, and scheduling platforms
• Improve reliability, latency, observability, and cost efficiency of production AI systems
• Build guardrails for accuracy, privacy, compliance, and safe automation
• Create evaluation frameworks for model quality, workflow performance, and business outcomes
• Work closely with product, design, and commercial teams to identify high-value use cases and ship quickly
• Help shape the technical architecture, engineering standards, and AI roadmap of the company
