ERP Support Engineer (SAP)

Description:

The ERP Support Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, and stability of company’s SAP ERP environment. The role ensures that all SAP modules in use are available, correctly
configured, and aligned with business operations. The engineer serves as the sole dedicated SAP
technical contact for all ERP-related incidents, service requests, user access matters, and change
activities. The role operates within a hybrid schedule — onsite three days per week and remote two
days per week — and reports to the Representative at Arythium Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Application Support
• Provide first- and second-level support for all SAP modules deployed, ensuring
prompt resolution of incidents within agreed SLA windows.
• Diagnose and resolve SAP application errors, performance issues, transport failures, and
integration problems.
• Manage SAP user administration including role assignments, authorization objects, and profile
management in alignment with the company’s access control and least-privilege policies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all SAP-related issues raised through the ticketing
system, with remote support available on Tuesday and Thursday.

SAP Basis Administration
• Perform SAP system health checks, performance monitoring, background job scheduling, and
transport management across the system landscape.
• Apply SAP patches, support packages, and kernel upgrades in alignment with Arythium’s
change management process.
• Manage the SAP landscape configuration across development, quality assurance, and
production environments as applicable to company’s setup.
• Coordinate with SAP or third-party vendors on issue escalation, OSS notes, and solution
implementation.:
