Train and onboard our boots-on-the-ground tour guides to ensure they are fully prepared with the resources and direct feedback they need to succeed.
Drive growth through availability by constantly monitoring and fine-tuning tour schedules to capture every guest opportunity and maximize our national reach.
Act as the ultimate behind-the-scenes fixer, resolving scheduling conflicts, managing customer inquiries and refunds, and vetting the guest experience to ensure our standards are upheld across every city we haunt.
Your Operational Superpowers
You bring proven operational grit from a background in hospitality or logistics and have a knack for managing moving parts across multiple time zones without breaking a sweat.
You thrive when the action is highest. You’re ready to own the weekend rhythm (with one flexible weekend off per month) and support our local teams during our most popular evening hours.
