A/B testing and collaboration: Collaborate daily with UX designers, developers, IT, and product teams to deliver high-impact A/B test variants that move the needle for the business
Systemic thinking: Work within established design systems and maintain scalable UI libraries to ensure a cohesive, global brand presence.
Seamless handoff: Lead the designer-developer handoff process using interactive prototypes, adaptable breakpoints, and clear documentation of animations and edge cases
Quality assurance: Conduct visual audits of staged pages to ensure the final build matches your design intent and maintains the highest aesthetic standards
How to be a top candidate for this job:
Portfolio required: Applicants must include a link to an online portfolio featuring multiple web-based UI design projects. This is a web-first role (not app design) UX experience is welcome, but strong UI execution for web is non-negotiable
3–5 years of hands-on web design experience, specifically designing web pages (bonus points for enterprise, product-driven, or agency environments)
You are skilled in bringing design ideas to life by developing strong concepts and effectively communicating them through presentations and discussion
You are flexible in your approach, open to changing priorities, and possess the professional maturity to handle feedback as a tool for innovation
You’re someone who thrives when things shift and can maintain your creative momentum and help push iterations forward
You enjoy the give-and-take of a collaborative design process and are the first to dive in and smooth out friction points during handoffs because you value the collective win
Ability to collaborate remotely with global teams, including those based in European time zones
Skills:
Expert proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD (Auto Layout, Components, Styles) and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Ceros or similar programs for creating experiential content
Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools
Understanding of HTML/CSS constraints (ability to speak “developer language”)
