Core Responsibilities
Zendesk Optimization: Configure and customize support workflows, triggers, and automations within Zendesk.
Automation Engineering: Build and manage Workato recipes and complex integrations.
Data Integrity: Ensure seamless data flow across multiple enterprise systems.
Process Optimization: Identify and improve support processes through advanced automation.
Technical Integration: Handle API integrations (REST/SOAP) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Technical Requirements
Platform Mastery: Deep experience with Zendesk (Support, Guide, Chat, Explore) and Workato (Recipes, Integrations).
Developer Skills: Proficiency in JSON and JavaScript.
API Expertise: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
System Integration: History of integrating CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills for complex workflow failures.
