Hiring: Zendesk + Workato Developer/Remote

Experience: 4–8 Years (Flexible based on skill level)
​Hiring Priority: Mandatory experience in both platforms.
​Core Responsibilities
​Zendesk Optimization: Configure and customize support workflows, triggers, and automations within Zendesk.
​Automation Engineering: Build and manage Workato recipes and complex integrations.
​Data Integrity: Ensure seamless data flow across multiple enterprise systems.
​Process Optimization: Identify and improve support processes through advanced automation.
​Technical Integration: Handle API integrations (REST/SOAP) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Technical Requirements
​Platform Mastery: Deep experience with Zendesk (Support, Guide, Chat, Explore) and Workato (Recipes, Integrations).
​Developer Skills: Proficiency in JSON and JavaScript.
​API Expertise: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
​System Integration: History of integrating CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
​Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills for complex workflow failures.
