Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Solution Implementation: Implement and support SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions.
Invoice Processing: Work extensively with OpenText CIM (Capture Information Management) for automated invoice capture.
Lifecycle Management: Handle the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including validation, approval, and posting.
Integration: Integrate SAP VIM with SAP FI and other relevant modules.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to invoice processing workflows.
Collaboration: Partner with business users and technical teams to streamline enterprise solutions.
Required Skills
SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP VIM.
CIM Expertise: Specialized expertise in OpenText CIM (Capture Information Management).
Functional Knowledge: Good understanding of SAP FI and general invoice processing standards.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in workflow configuration and issue resolution.
