Description: Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire project life cycle of website design and development projects.
2. Proactively contact clients thru phone/email to move projects forward.
3. Manage all custom projects efficiently.
4. Maintain control over the timeline of deliverables.
5. Collaborate closely with the design and development team to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
6. Regularly update clients on the status of their projects through effective communication.
7. Work collaboratively with clients to create a sitemap for seamless content migration from old to new sites.
8. Coordinate with the data migration team to oversee the smooth transfer of content from old to new sites.
9. Collaborate with the training team to conduct client training sessions and provide post-training support.
Requirements:
1. Possess a friendly and approachable personality.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and clients.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in computer and internet usage.
5. Familiarity with word processing tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Willingness to travel for onsite meetings.
7. Good driving record.
