Graphic Designer and Motion Editor

Description:

You will own the end-to-end execution of digital nudging journeys for our key financial products — BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), Product Credit, and other lending solutions. Your goal is to move customers smoothly through the entire funnel using Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app, and Retargeting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute targeted digital nudging campaigns across the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, KYC, eligibility checks, first usage, repeat usage, repayment, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Build and manage precise customer segments using behavior, transaction history, risk profile, and lifecycle stage.
Set up automated trigger-based campaigns in CRM and customer engagement platforms.
Craft high-converting campaign messaging (copy, CTA, timing, and frequency) optimized for Push, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, repeat usage, and repayment response.
Run A/B tests regularly and share actionable insights to improve results continuously.
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Collections, Design, and BI teams to align campaigns with business goals.
