Schedule: Full-time with required overlap in U.S. EST hours (Eastern Standard Time).
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining interior design expertise with sales and business development. You will be responsible for creating functional designs while also acting as the primary closer for client proposals.
Core Responsibilities
Design: Create layouts for kitchens and bathrooms using industry software.
Consultation: Conduct virtual meetings to understand client needs and present design concepts.
Sales: Assist clients with selecting products (cabinetry, countertops, finishes), present formal proposals, and close deals.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the U.S. team to ensure project execution aligns with the design.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Background in kitchen/bath design, interior design, or cabinetry is required.
Technical Skills: * Must be “tech-savvy.”
Proficiency in ProKitchen or 2020 design software (though training is provided).
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Soft Skills: Strong sales and communication skills; proactive and highly organized.
