Hiring: Lead Engineer (Golang)/Hybrid

​Role Overview
​This is a senior-level leadership position within the engineering organization. You will be responsible for architecting high-performance distributed backend systems and leading a team of backend engineers to build out the core services that power the Armada Edge Platform.
​Core Responsibilities
​Architecture & Design: Design and build scalable, resilient, and high-performing microservices-based applications.
​Lead Engineering: Act as a technical multiplier, guiding the software strategy for automation and infrastructure services.
​Backend Development: Build robust backend services and APIs using Golang.
​Collaboration: Partner with Global HR, Product, and DevOps teams (including those in the USA) to deliver cutting-edge products.
​Operations: Oversee the technical vision for platform, security, and networking domains.
​Candidate Requirements
​Experience: 13+ years in software development.
​Core Technical Expertise: * 5+ years of specialized experience in Golang.
​Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
​Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
​Skills: * Expert-level proficiency in architecting system-level daemons and high-performance APIs.
​Strong background in building microservices and distributed systems.
​Leadership: Proven ability to mentor a team of highly skilled engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
