Key Responsibilities
This role involves the end-to-end development and maintenance of scalable server-side applications:
API Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend APIs using RESTful principles.
Architecture Management: Building and managing microservices-based architecture to ensure system scalability and responsiveness.
Optimization: Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing systems to enhance security and speed.
Collaboration: Working closely with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience.
Technical Domain: * Languages/Frameworks: Strong experience in Java (8+) and hands-on expertise with Spring Boot / Spring MVC.
Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Security & Infrastructure: Familiarity with API security protocols (JWT, OAuth) and understanding of Docker and Cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Skillset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
