What You’ll Do
Draft emails and manage business communications
Attend and support video conferences
Interface with clients and customers professionally
Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
Conduct online research and manage data using spreadsheets
Prepare reports and basic analysis
Support creative tasks (writing, media, content support)
Handle administrative tasks and special projects
What We’re Looking For
Fully fluent in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable using modern apps and digital tools
Able to commit long-term and full-time
Available to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time)
No strict experience required, but any experience is a plus
Serious, career-oriented mindset
