Design & Management: Managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content (Authoring & Publishing).
Full-Stack Development: Developing end-to-end solutions across the Java-based AEM stack.
Integration: Linking content management with marketing platforms and analytics.
System Design: Collaborating on logic building and architectural mapping.
Leadership: Driving process improvements and handling user enablement/training.
Technical Skills Required
Core Platform: Expert-level Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Backend: Solid Java skills + AEM stack specifics (Sling, OSGi, JCR).
Frontend: HTML and JavaScript.
Analytics: Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Bonuses: Knowledge of SharePoint or Python.
