Description: Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update documentation for the centralized reporting platform
Design, build, and enhance reports and dashboards using single or multiple data sources
Develop pipelines and datasets to ingest, store, and visualize data from new enterprise sources
Build AI/ML solutions to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that improve operational insights, including support for problem management
Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Investigate and determine root causes of data discrepancies and document defects with appropriate engineering and support teams
Improve report and dashboard usability and interactivity based on end-user feedback
Deliver recurring training sessions to help stakeholders understand and effectively use platform metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to support new reporting solutions and enhancements
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of applicable experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports for operational or business use cases
Prior experience working within IT service management or help desk environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field required
Strong experience with Power BI, including data visualization, data modeling, and DAX
Working knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
Experience using Azure Machine Learning to build low-code and no-code solutions
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow data and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules
Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics workflows
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
