A fast-scaling tech startup based in California is hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to its CEO and senior leadership team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional experienced in supporting executives in dynamic, remote-first environments.

What You’ll Do
• Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling across time zones
• Coordinate virtual meetings, board communications, and travel logistics
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefings
• Handle confidential documents and strategic correspondence
• Track KPIs and follow up on leadership action items

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years experience supporting C-level executives
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft 365
• Experience working in remote or tech-driven environments
• Based in the U.S. or aligned with Pacific
