Key Responsibilities
Manage 85+ active product development projects simultaneously.
Build and optimize Asana workflows, automations, and dashboards.
Create complex Gantt charts with dependencies.
Implement AI-powered automations (n8n, Claude) to improve efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Experience: 4+ years of Project Management experience.
Primary Tool: Asana Super User (must know rules, automations, and reporting).
Communication: Excellent English skills; Slack integrations.
AI Tools: Familiarity with Claude and n8n.
Location: Remote (Note: Must work Pacific Time: 9am–6pm PST)
Engagement: Full-time, exclusive
