Hiring: Customer Service Representative/Remote

Training Period: Mandatory 30-day comprehensive training (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST).
​Schedule: Full-time with a requirement for a rotating Saturday shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST).

Core Responsibilities
​Provide high-level technical support and solve complex technical problems.
​Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer interactions.
​Maintain detailed records and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

​Candidate Requirements
​Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in remote troubleshooting.
​Connectivity: Must have high-speed internet (Minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
​Experience: Prior experience in remote work settings is required.
​Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to explain technical info clearly.
