Primary Objective: Using legal/insurance expertise to train and refine AI-powered solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Data Annotation: Analyzing and labeling legal and insurance documents for AI model training.
Risk Analysis: Identifying key concepts, compliance requirements, and risks within data.
Collaboration: Working directly with AI engineers and data teams to provide expert feedback and improve model accuracy.
Simulation: Contributing to datasets and real-world scenario simulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Background: Strong foundation in Law and/or Insurance.
Skills: Expertise in policy interpretation, risk assessment, and high attention to detail in regulated environments.
Aptitude: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
Bonus Qualifications: Experience in LegalTech, Insurtech, or prior AI projects. Relevant certifications like JD (Juris Doctor) or CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) are highly valued.
