Description:.Job Duties & Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns across mSupply’s business units, including campaign setup, template design, audience segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and post-send reporting.
Design and maintain a library of responsive, on-brand HTML email templates in Mailchimp and other platforms; ensure all templates render correctly across major clients (Outlook, Gmail, mobile).
Partner with the Industry Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to translate campaign briefs into production-ready email assets that align with business objectives and brand standards.
Build and manage automated email workflows, drip sequences, and triggered communications for dealer development, eCommerce onboarding, and promotional programs.
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics; apply A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve performance across key segments.
Maintain Mailchimp list hygiene including deduplication, suppression management, and audience segmentation to maximize deliverability and compliance.
Produce web banner graphics, promotional assets, and digital creative for use across mSupply’s distributor websites, eCommerce platforms (Unilog/Shopify), landing pages, and internal communications.
Design and execute seasonal promotions, supplier co-op campaigns, and product launch creative that adheres to brand guidelines and meets stakeholder requirements on timeline.
Collaborate with the Digital & Web team to ensure banner assets are properly sized, optimized, and implemented across all digital touchpoints.
Support the creation of social media graphics, digital ad creative, and presentation visuals as capacity allows.
Maintain organized asset libraries in Brandfolder; tag, version, and archive creative assets for team-wide accessibility.
Apply mSupply’s brand guidelines consistently across all email and digital design outputs, ensuring visual cohesion across business unit campaigns.
Serve as an active contributor to the Creative Studio, participating in cross-functional reviews, providing design feedback, and supporting the evolution of brand standards as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve template efficiency, creative consistency, and production speed through standardized design systems and reusable components.
Manage multiple concurrent projects through Wrike, communicating clearly on timelines, asset delivery, and stakeholder reviews.
Participate in campaign planning sessions, creative briefs, and weekly marketing team standups.
Partner with agency and vendor contacts as needed to supplement creative production capacity.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email marketing design and production, with a portfolio demonstrating responsive HTML email builds and digital design work.
Proficiency in Mailchimp or a comparable ESP (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud); experience with template customization and automation workflows.
Solid HTML/CSS skills specific to email development, including an understanding of email client rendering constraints and cross-client compatibility.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma for digital asset creation.
Working knowledge of UI/UX principles as applied to email design and digital content, including hierarchy, accessibility, and mobile-first layout.
Experience with digital asset management platforms (e.g., Brandfolder, Bynder, or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate a brief into polished, on-brand creative that performs.
