The Project Manager oversees and is accountable for leading company/client installations and services to provide and maintain the Pro-Vision highest level of product quality and superior customer service. The PM will be responsible for managing all service functions including providing support in installation, planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress and troubleshooting. The PM will keep the communication flowing and update the client and all PV team members involved in the project so that deadlines, contract specifications and procedures are met and projects are completed in a timely manner.
This role will manage installation projects across the country from receipt of order through the sign off from the customer, must understand and be able to communicate about various aspects of installation, 12-volt vehicle upfitting, outfitting of emergency vehicles, interior and exterior cameras, and be committed to maintaining customer retention and new service business relationships.
