Social Media Manager – Hospitality Brands

Overview:

This work is about handling social media for different clients. These clients are mostly restaurants, hotels, festivals, and places where people visit and enjoy. Work is simple to understand. You will plan content, post content, and make sure everything looks good online.

This is freelance in starting. Later it can become full-time if work and performance is good.

What You Will Do
Make monthly content plan for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
Write captions, hooks, and short video scripts
Plan Reels and TikTok ideas based on trends and seasons
Work with content team and influencer team
Reply to comments and messages
Check performance and give ideas for improvement
Work Style
This role needs creative thinking. You should understand what people like on social media. Also need to stay updated with trends and new changes on platforms.

Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years social media experience
Agency experience is preferred
Experience in hotel, restaurant, or travel type brands is better
Good knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
Good writing skills
Basic project management knowledge
Tools knowledge like Notion, Canva, Google Workspace
Extra skills like influencer handling or paid ads knowledge will be helpful.

Pay and Growth
Pay starts from $25 per hour. It can also be project-based. Growth chance is there as company is growing fast.
