Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

Execute outbound calls, video engagements, and digital interactions with targeted HCPs and office staff.
Deliver clear, compelling, and compliant product messaging aligned to customer needs using approved materials.
Build rapport and establish trust through strong virtual presence and communication.
Utilize multiple company-approved digital channels to increase engagement frequency and expand reach.
Territory Support & Account Management

Manage a defined list of target accounts, prioritizing opportunities to maximize impact.
Develop and execute compliant call plans aligned with brand strategy.
Analyze engagement data to refine targeting and execution.
Performance & Execution Excellence

Meet or exceed call activity expectations, engagement goals, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions within CRM systems.
Manage daily activity efficiently to maximize territory coverage and productivity.
Compliance & Professional Development

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, training, and compliance standards.
Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved messaging.
Complete all required training and maintain strong clinical and product knowledge.
Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience. Inside/virtual pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
GI or specialty sales experience preferred.
Virtual communication and presentation skills.
Experience engaging customers via phone, video, or digital platforms
Proficiency with CRM and digital engagement tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High integrity and compliance mindset.
Familiarity with hybrid or virtual commercial models.
Fluency in one or more additional languages is a plus, based on business needs.
