Business Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead a strategic Specialty Benefits Dental & Vision initiative within Commercial Markets Strategy & Enablement. This role will oversee end-to-end program execution, cross-functional alignment, and go-to-market delivery for a complex enterprise project.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall program roadmap, timelines, and execution plans
• Lead collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Billing, Enrollment & IT teams
• Drive go-to-market strategy, communications, training, and change management
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery
• Provide governance updates and executive stakeholder reporting
• Support successful go-live readiness and rollout execution

✅ Required Experience:
• 8+ years of Project / Program Management experience
• Strong leadership in cross-functional enterprise programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile / SDLC knowledge preferred
• Healthcare / Insurance industry experience is a plus
