​Role Objective
​This is a “market entry” role where the candidate will own the US market end-to-end. The goal is to establish aiRecruitTalent as a leading platform in the region by driving revenue and defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities
​GTM Execution: Define and lead the US market entry and customer acquisition strategy.
​Sales & Marketing: Scale local sales efforts and build brand presence in the US.
​Partnerships: Manage strategic enterprise relationships and partnerships.
​Operational Leadership: Scale local operations and collaborate with global teams to align strategy.
​Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and optimize for rapid growth.

Requirements
​Seniority: 7–12 years in leadership roles (Country Manager, GM, or similar).
​Track Record: Proven success in scaling businesses or launching new markets.
​Industry Expertise: Experience in SaaS, AI, or tech-driven companies.
​Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US customer landscape and commercial growth.
​Mindset: Entrepreneurial with strong execution ability.
