Key Responsibilities
Define the design vision for Swiggy’s ecosystem (Food, Instamart, Dineout, etc.).
Tackle complex, high-impact design challenges that affect millions of users.
Mentor and lead other designers across different pods.
Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to drive strategy.
Requirements & Skills
Product Thinking: Ability to solve business problems through design, not just “make things pretty.”
Systemic Design: Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
Craft: Exceptional UI/UX skills with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
Communication: Must be able to articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders.
