Primary Objective: Lead end-to-end data conversion workstreams, specifically moving data from legacy systems into Workday.
Candidate Requirements (The “Must-Haves”)
To find the right profile, look for candidates who meet these specific technical and experience thresholds:
Professional Experience
Total Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in data or IT.
Specialized Experience: At least 5+ years specifically focused on Workday Data Conversion.
Lifecycle Experience: Must have led at least two full-lifecycle implementations (meaning they stayed from the start of the project until the “Go-Live” date).
Technical Toolkit
A qualified candidate should have these keywords or tools listed on their profile:
Workday Specific: EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), iLoads, Customer Central, and Advanced Data Conversion.
Data Languages: SQL, XML/XSLT, and Web Services.
Excel Mastery: Needs to be an expert in Power Query, Macros, and complex formulas (VBA is also a plus).
Functional Knowledge
