Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize for growth
Handle end-to-end content creation, from ideation to publishing across platforms
Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content
Plan, create, and manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.)
Execute geo-targeting and demographic targeting to reach relevant audience segments
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts
Excellent English writing skills (clear, creative, and engaging)
Strong creative thinking and content ideation ability
Deep understanding of different social media platforms and how they work
Ability to work independently with speed, consistency, and accountability
