Salary: ₦150K base, earn over ₦300K+ after commission

Job Responsibilities
As a Client Experience Specialist, you will:
Handle Guest Messaging: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
Recommend Local Experiences: Provide recommendations for restaurants, lounges, and other places of interest.
Make Reservations: Arrange bookings for dining, spa treatments, and various activities.
Track Lagos Events: Stay updated on events and hotspots to offer guests the best experiences.
Provide Safety and Movement Guidance: Ensure guests have the information they need to move safely and efficiently.
Build Our City Knowledge Base: Contribute to an evolving resource of city insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Strong Knowledge of Lagos Island: Expertise in areas such as Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, and Oniru.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests.
Hospitality Mindset: A passion for service and a guest-first approach.
Reliability and Efficiency: Ability to work swiftly and dependably in a remote or hybrid setting.
