About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3 years of proven experience in turning data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in analyzing business metrics, visualizing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, has strong analytical and communication skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into structured, analysis-ready datasets
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand KPIs and deliver insights
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing for business optimization
• Document data processes, business rules, and reporting methodologies
• Work with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) or R for data analysis
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
• Solid knowledge of statistics, correlation, and regression analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication — able to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Exposure to CRM or marketing analytics (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics)
• Knowledge of automation and data integration tools (Zapier, Airflow, etc.)
