The Video Editor will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form marketing videos aligned with AMGβs brand standards and client goals. This role is project-based, with opportunities for recurring work depending on performance, turnaround time, and creative fit.
All applicants must complete a test footage edit as part of the selection process.

I. Video Editing & Production
1. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging marketing videos
2. Create short-form or long-form video content for:
– Social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reels)
– Promotional ads and service announcements
– Youtube Reels, and 5s,15s +30s
– OTT 30s Videos
3. Apply:
– Clean cuts, pacing, transitions, and motion where appropriate
– Text overlays, captions, lower thirds, and callouts
– Brand-consistent color grading and audio balancing
II. Brand & Marketing Alignment
1. Ensure all videos align with:
– AMG brand standards
– Individual client brand guidelines
– Creative briefs provided
2. Edit content tailored to home-services audiences, including:
– Seasonal promotions
– Educational βtipsβ videos
– Service awareness and trust-building content
3. Collaboration & Workflow
– Work closely with:
– Creative Lead
– Marketing Managers
– Project Coordinators
– Follow creative briefs and revision feedback
– Deliver files on time according to project timelines
– Organize project files clearly for internal handoff (Frame.io / Google Drive)
III. Content Creation (Bonus / Plus)
1. Ability to:
– Suggest creative direction or video concepts
– Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips
– Identify hooks, captions, and visual pacing that drive engagement
2. Experience editing UGC-style or testimonial content is a strong plus
