Hiring: Marketing & Social Media Manager/Remote

Overview

BRDRS is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our growing team on a part-time/contract basis.

BRDRS is a fintech-enabled travel super app built for the African & Caribbean diaspora and culture enthusiasts. Our app is home to Detty (Africa), Mash Up (Caribbean), and BRDRS Events (Global Events) – vibrant Worlds connecting travelers to authentic experiences, seamless payments, and cultural connections. One app. Every border.

We need a creative, culturally fluent marketer who can bring our brands to life across platforms. You’ll be responsible for:

* Managing our social media team, ensuring we’re growing our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, for our World accounts
* Social Media Management for main account
* Developing and executing campaigns
* Building and managing content calendars for main account
* Reviewing content calendars provided by the social media team for world accounts
* Collaborating with our design, partnerships, and product teams on feature launches and activations

You’re a fit if you:
* Have 2+ years in social media or marketing (travel, culture, or lifestyle brands a plus)
* Understand African and/or Caribbean culture — not just professionally, but personally
* Are organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
* Have an eye for trends without chasing every one of them
