Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and clarity
Assist with account questions, service updates, and general support
Follow client scripts and tools for each interaction
Maintain reliability and excellent attendance
Communicate with the CamTalk team through Slack when needed
Complete required training modules in the Workforce Hub
