The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to build and manage the internal systems that keep DEXA running smoothly. You will be the backbone of execution, ensuring that our Course Directors, interns, and volunteers are coordinated and doing their jobs, processes are efficient, and learner experience is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient operational processes for course delivery, student onboarding, and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day operations across departments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support Course Directors with coordination, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to ensure program quality.
- Maintain documentation, systems, and workflows that reduce bottlenecks.
- Regularly report progress to the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, program management, or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to design processes and coordinate multiple teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
- Passion for digital education and social impact is a plus.What We Offer
