Hiring: Virtual Assistant /Remote(US Client)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support a US-based client. The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and client-related tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide high-level virtual administrative support to a US-based client
– Manage communication via email, chat, and virtual platforms
– Work across multiple CRM systems to update, track, and manage data
– Handle scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
– Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
– Support day-to-day operational tasks as required

Requirements
– Must reside in South Africa
– Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience as a Virtual Assistant or PA
– Proven stable work history with strong continuity in previous roles
– Fluent in spoken and written English (essential)
– Strong communication skills in English (non-negotiable)
– Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
– Experience working with multiple CRM systems
– Own reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
– Must have relevant and verifiable experience to apply
– Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
– Commitment to long-term contract engagement

Work Mode: Remote / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (South African Time)
