The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Growth & Marketing Lead to help launch and scale our new software platform.

This is not a fractional CMO or advisory role. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who wants to own execution, experiment thoughtfully, and co-build strategy alongside the founder.

You’ll work directly with Hello, Bundle’s founder and CEO, Linzay Davis, co-owning growth and marketing from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, flexible work and real ownership without the red tape of traditional corporate environments.

Over time, this role is expected to grow into Head of Growth / VP of Marketing / CMO, depending on company growth and mutual fit.

What You’ll Own & Build

Platform Launch & Growth Execution

  • Help lead the launch of Hello, Bundle’s new software platform

  • Personally build and execute launch campaigns across email, funnels, and partnerships

  • Write and ship emails and lifecycle messaging to our robust and fast-growing list (we use Flodesk)

  • Translate strategy into clear, executable plans, and then run them

End-to-End Funnel Ownership

  • Own acquisition and conversion funnels end-to-end

  • Build and refine funnels that prioritize clarity, trust, and high-intent parents

  • Identify drop-off points and run fast, thoughtful experiments to improve conversion

  • Optimize for quality, readiness, and long-term impact, not vanity metrics

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Test new growth channels (organic, partnerships, referrals, paid social, job boards, ambassadors)

  • Help determine when and how to layer in paid acquisition

  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into action

  • Move quickly: test → learn → iterate → double down

Narrative, Experience & Trust

  • Help clarify and strengthen Hello, Bundle’s story across channels

  • Ensure parents clearly understand:

    • Who we help

    • How we help

    • Why our approach is different

  • Treat the parent experience as sacred. We work with new and expecting parents in one of the most vulnerable, unknown times of their lives. Every touchpoint should reinforce trust, clarity, and care.

Systems & Scalable Infrastructure

  • Help build repeatable, lightweight marketing systems from the ground up

  • Work within our proprietary CRM and email systems built to support our parental leave management platform

  • Document what works so growth becomes repeatable, not dependent on one person
