Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Communications & Partnerships professional to support our Growth Marketing Strategist by managing the people-focused side of marketing. This role is responsible for content creation, influencer network management, referral programs, partnership development, and event coordination.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong communicator who thrives on building relationships, amplifying brand messaging, and ensuring smooth execution of partnership-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communication
- Write, edit, and publish blogs, newsletters, and brand content.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Strategist to align content with technical campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Draft press releases, partnership announcements, and event communications.
Influencer & Network Management
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Track influencer performance and maintain an updated influencer database.
- Support negotiations and communication between influencers and the brand.
Referral & Partnership Programs
- Design and manage customer referral programs to drive organic growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage service partners.
- Build and maintain a partnership pipeline with potential collaborators.
- Track and report on partnership performance and ROI.
Events & Exhibitions
- Organize and facilitate events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and partner participation.
- Support webinars and live sessions with communication and outreach.
- Ensure events align with overall brand and growth marketing strategies.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between technical marketing execution and external communication.
- Provide support to the Growth Marketing Strategist by handling relationship-driven tasks.
- Maintain documentation of partnerships, influencer contracts, and event schedules.
- Ensure smooth coordination between technical campaigns and people-focused initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in blogging, newsletters, and content creation.
- Proven ability to manage influencer networks and referral programs.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Familiarity with partnership development and pipeline management.
