Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing the brand’s digital presence and driving engagement, inquiries, and conversions through strategic content planning and social media management.
This role sits at the intersection of social media management and digital marketing. You will not be creating most of the visuals yourself, that’s the Content Creator’s role, but you will own the content strategy, content calendar, posting, community management, and performance tracking.
You will collaborate closely with the Content Creator to bring campaigns and stories to life.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage the brand’s digital marketing strategy
- Curate and manage the monthly content calendar for social media and email marketing
- Plan campaigns, launches, promotions, and special features
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Write captions, CTAs, and storytelling copy
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments
- Build and nurture the online community
Email Marketing
- Curate content for newsletters and promotional emails
- Manage email campaigns and mailing lists
- Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Content Creator to plan what content to shoot and post
- Align visuals with campaign goals
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to promote new arrivals and offers
Performance Tracking
- Monitor analytics and platform insights
- Generate weekly/monthly reports
- Optimize content and campaigns based on performance
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a strong advantage
