Startup Experience: You’ve been part of building a company from early stage (pre-Series A) through significant growth. You understand the chaos, the pivots, the all-nighters, and the incredible satisfaction of seeing something you built actually work
Technical Leadership: 6+ years in product management with strong technical background. You can have detailed conversations with engineers about API design and database architecture
