Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Technical SEO & Search Everywhere Optimization Manager to drive organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. The role focuses on technical SEO excellence, site performance, and AI search readiness to attract high-intent users, increase registrations, and improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and execute technical SEO strategy across web pages and landing pages
•Ensure strong crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and structured data
•Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance
•Conduct technical SEO audits and partner with Engineering on fixes
•Manage on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, URLs, schema markup
•Optimize content for AI-powered search, answer engines, and recommendations
•Ensure accurate brand representation across AI search results
•Track organic traffic, AI visibility, and search performance
•Produce monthly SEO and Search Everywhere performance reports
Requirements:
•4+ years hands-on Technical SEO experience (high-traffic or dynamic sites)
•Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO fundamentals
•Strong experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics
•Proven ability to implement structured data
•Strong collaboration and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
•Experience in betting, gaming, or fintech
•Understanding of AI search behavior and discovery platforms
•Geo-level SEO experience
